Business resilience Strategy

Our business resilience strategy is driven by our purpose: to make technology work so people can do great things.

We view this work as a strategic priority anchored in disciplined risk management, responsible innovation, and creating business opportunities. This approach prioritizes transparency, compliance, and growth in a rapidly evolving global environment.

Our strategy is grounded in a recently completed Double Materiality Assessment (DMA), ongoing customer, coworker, and community engagement, and the four-pillar framework that structures our priorities and reporting. The DMA helped us identify where our business activities intersect most significantly with financial risk and societal impact, ensuring our focus reflects what matters most.

Our strategy is also designed to be durable and responsive. As customer expectations shift, regulations evolve, and technology accelerates, our framework allows us to stay aligned with our core commitments while capturing new opportunities.
