Social Impact

We believe everyone should have opportunities and access to the unlimited possibilities that technology unlocks. Through strategic partnerships, coworker empowerment, and values-led leadership, we drive meaningful social impact. This commitment is delivered through direct community investment, coworker-driven programs, and long-term nonprofit partnerships.

Our Social Impact strategy follows three core pillars:

Providing Access:
Partner with organizations to provide integrated technology solutions including computers, software, and internet connectivity.
Building Skills:
Support learners by fostering excitement and engagement in STEM, computer science, and digital literacy.
Developing the Workforce:
Build strategic partnerships to shape an inclusive technology industry.

Our community partnerships include:

  • Compudopt: We provide computer drives and volunteer activities, supporting their mission to refurbish and distribute gently used donated computers to students and families in need.
  • Board.dev: We provide board placement opportunities and board training to coworkers and technology leaders.
  • American Red Cross Disaster Responder Program: We support disaster relief efforts and blood collection services to the people affected by more than 60,000 disasters each year.

In Canada, we maintain a strong commitment to Indigenous partnerships, supporting inclusion and economic opportunity across the communities we serve. In the UK, we support digital opportunity through partnerships that provide essential technology and support to underserved communities. Through collaboration with charitable organizations, we ensure our social impact efforts deliver the skills and resources needed to create lasting paths to success.

  • Local Impact Program: Engaging coworkers and empowering communities where coworkers can earn a $1,000 grant for nonprofits they support by organizing group volunteer efforts.
  • Volunteer Time Off: Empowering coworkers to give back through eight hours of paid volunteer time annually to eligible coworkers and providing additional flexibility for salaried coworkers to engage in community activities through our flexible time off policy.
