CDW offers professional development and skills training programs across all levels, including learning paths through LinkedIn Learning. We support globally consistent learning through a unified strategy with region-specific programs, including Sales Academy delivery in Canada using train-the-trainer models. Our redesigned Sales Academy focuses on new go-to-market strategies, tools, customer scenarios, and solution positioning structured to build both technical and commercial skills. Role-based programs for sales and technology coworkers include the Sales Academy, Tech Academy, and Evolve IT. Leadership development programs include the Emerging Leaders Program, Leadership Academy, LEAD, and LIFT Mentorship.

AI360 is CDW's organization-wide initiative to coordinate AI progress and leverage the power of our people and AI to deliver better and faster services and create new value for customers. As part of AI360, we established an AI Center of Excellence, which unifies our AI roadmap, manages risk and policy, and tracks performance and return on investment. We organize this work across four quadrants:
