Double Materiality Assessment
CDW conducted a Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) to identify and prioritize the topics most significant to our business and our stakeholders. This process engaged stakeholders within and outside CDW to ensure alignment between our business resilience framework and what matters most to our customers, coworkers, investors, and communities. The DMA findings informed the evolution of CDW's four-pillar business resilience strategy and will guide our reporting priorities going forward. These priorities include:
- Climate change adaptation
- Climate change mitigation and energy
- Emerging technology and ethics
- Coworker working conditions and well-being
- Talent attraction, retention and training
- Use of products and services
- Working conditions in the value chain
