We track recruiting results and sources of hires to continuously improve our attraction and retention efforts through key initiatives, including:

Fostering relationships
with colleges and universities to build strong early career talent pipelines, supported by a coworker referral network.
Accelerating recruiting
for specialized roles as CDW's services and solutions business grows, investing in new talent-sourcing tools to meet evolving business needs.
Supporting coworker retention
through meaningful recognition, clear career pathways through the Global Career Framework, and culture programs that connect people across geographies and roles.

We demonstrate our commitment to coworkers through programs designed to recognize, reward, and support them every day. One way we do this is through our 15 Business Resource Groups (BRGs). All BRGs are open to all coworkers and provide opportunities for networking, mentoring, and leadership development. BRGs support cross-functional collaboration across regions and offer pathways for coworkers to engage with their communities. In the U.K., one in four CDW coworkers participates in a BRG.

We also recognize, reward, and support our coworkers through dedicated programs:

  • Winning Everyday: Celebrates milestones and highlights coworkers who go above and beyond to support each other and better serve our customers.
  • Coworkers of the Quarter & Year: Recognizes global senior managers and below through peer nominations of coworkers who have driven superior performance and demonstrated growth.
  • Celebrating Service: Recognizes coworkers’ loyalty and years of service with milestone-based awards and gifts.
